Keeping my friend Ellen and in my prayers (and many more).

I've not had time to create my usual "stock contribution" for the month of July Hopefully, I can make it up with a double 'something' in August I give these freely as I believe in giving something back (no matter how small) to this wonderful community. I also now understand the frustration some stock artists feel ....... I see many downloads of stock (and even though mine is only a once a month thing) and yet they do not receive the fav/download ratio they deserve! Do not get me wrong, I am not complaining, and I don't do much stock ..... but for those that do, I think the least that could be done is a fav for every download, don't you? It figures if someone downloads a stock piece they like it and intend to use it at some point, so why not click the "Add to Favorites" at the same time to show appreciation? Any who, just an observation I have made on my travels through DA.

Summer school finishes July 31 ........ we are back on August 24 (and with me having so many online classes, I won't be able to take full advantage of what might seem like 3 weeks grace and of course, pulling the proverbial belt in for a while again as I don't get any pay check from the end of the Summer semester until September 25 (I hate being adjunct!!) ... but needs must

As you know I've been unable to keep up with everything on here lately, but much to my surprise my message center had a whole list of prints I had sold. Sure enough when I went to check my account I find on July 8, 18 postcard prints were sold. I can only assume these were bought by the same person? - who ever you are, thank you very much and I hope you like them

Not a lot to report. Managed to squeeze a little creating in between my physical labors of the last few days (a new art and a rework of a old one I found in my archived). Only thing is it has brought an urge back to do more creating, lol, but I must forge ahead with this house during the hours I am not in school or working on other contracts. Final papers are coming in this week, so that will take time to get through but there are now only 3 weeks left of the Summer semester! I so hope I can do a lot before the end of July in the house so that I may actually get a break in August before the start of the new semester.

Thank you to everyone for the recent favs, I've not had time to get around to sending out my customary notes yet ...... but I will.
